It is 79CE and you wake up on normal day in Pompeii. The recent earthquakes have damaged your house but reconstruction is well on its way and you continue happily; you’re used to earthquakes. Around midday you notice a plume of smoke emerging from the top of Vesuvius, some may say it looks like a palm-tree, but you are not concerned and continue about your day. By 4pm light porous rocks fall from the sky, as the day continues the rocks start getting heavier and you realise that it may be time to act. Some people leave their homes, not without locking their front doors with the expectation to return home, some stay because they have family who cannot leave due to disabilities or illness. You decide you want to leave, but is fate on your side? The gods determine who survives, collect favours and make strategic choices in order to collect the largest amount of valuable resources and god favours. Can you collect the highest amount of resources and favours before the volcano erupts?
